We are proud to announce that our paper “People Are Strange When You’re a Stranger: Impact and Influence of Bots on Social Networks” received the Best Dataset Award at the prestigious conference ICWSM 2012, held in Dublin in June! More information here.
In the picture, Luca, Rossano and Giancarlo receive the award from the organizers John Breslin, Nicole Ellison, and James G. Shanagan. The fourth author, Martina, was in Nebraska for presenting the same result at the workshop ChASM 2012.
